【轉知公告】第十屆「基督教與中國社會文化」青年學者國際研討會
研討會日期：2020年12月9 ─ 13日(星期三至日)*
地點：香港中文大學崇基學院
截止報名日期：2020年9月15日
*會議安排將視乎疫情發展再行審議，敬請留意。
申請資格：
- 全球認可大學、神學院研究式課程的研究生（包括哲學碩士及哲學博士班）及年青哲學碩士、哲學博士、博士後及教齡不超過三年並具有博士學位的年輕教師；
- 申請在研討會上報告的中文或英文論文必須與「基督教與中國社會文化」這主題相關；
- 申請的中文或英文論文必須為原著且從未以任何形式出版。
申請方法：
- 請填妥網上表格；
- 網上申請時，請一併提交
i) 個人簡歷[CV]；
ii) 論文摘要（約500字）
iii) 論文全文（限10,000字以內）； - 截止報名日期：2020年9月15日；
- 申請結果將於2020年11月前公佈。獲邀來港參加會議並報告論文者，必須參加全部學術活動，方可獲主辦單位津貼部份赴港旅費及在港期間之食宿費用。

The 10th International Young Scholars’ Symposium on "Christianity and Chinese Society and Culture" (2020)
Date: December 9-13, 2020, Wednesday to Sunday*
Venue: Chung Chi College, CUHK
Deadline for application: September 15, 2020
*Arrangement of the conference will be reviewed and revised in view of the development and impact of COVID-19. Please stay tuned to us.
Eligibility:
- Students of Research Postgraduate Programme (including MPhil and PhD students), young MPhil, PhD, post-doctoral fellows, and junior faculty members with PhD degree and less than three years of teaching experience from any accredited tertiary institutions and seminaries worldwide;
- Paper proposed should under the theme of “Christianity and Chinese Society and Culture”.
- Paper proposed must be original and unpublished work written in either Chinese or English language.
Application:
- Please fill in this form for online application;
- Applicants should submit the following items:
i) a brief Curriculum Vitae
ii) abstract (in about 500 words)
iii) full paper (in no more than 10,000 words)
- Deadline for application: September 15, 2020;
- Application results will be announced by November, 2020. On condition that participants would attend all scheduled academic activities throughout the symposium, partial travel subsidy and full accommodation during the symposium will be provided for successful non-local applicants.

敬悼華裔學志馬雷凱神父
Dear Friends of the Monumenta Serica Institute,
It is with great grief that we have to inform you of the sudden death of the long-time Director and Editor-in-chief P. Prof. Dr. Roman Malek S.V.D.
He passed away early this morning on 29 November at the age of 68 in the hospital of Grudziądz, Poland.
The funeral service will be held on 2 December at 11 a.m. in the mission house of the S.V.D. missionaries in Górna Grupa, Poland..
A memorial service in honour of Fr. Malek will be held in Sankt Augustin as well as at Fu Jen Catholic University Taiwan at a later date.

【馬雷凱神父生平簡介】
馬雷凱神父，1951年10月3日生於波蘭卡舒比亞省的貝圖夫。1969年進入聖言會初學，1976年赴德國聖奧古斯丁會省，並於德國波昂大學攻讀漢學、日本學、比較宗教學以及教會史。1984年馬雷凱神父完成學業，獲得漢學博士學位。1998年獲聘為聖言會聖奧古斯丁神哲學院宗教史教授。在完成其升等著作後，於2003年至2011年任教於波昂大學漢學系。
2011年4月馬雷凱神父突然中風，其學術與研究工作不得不暫停。雖然馬神父的身體狀況遠不如從前，但他仍舊持續進行研究，並同時執行幾項研究計畫。其中也包括了《耶穌基督的中國面容》此系列叢書第四冊上下集，分別出版於2015年與2019年。
為了感謝馬雷凱神父對中國教會的貢獻，波蘭亞當․克舒沃維斯基樞機基金於2016年頒贈給他「無國界之心」最高榮譽獎章。同年10月馬神父也歡度他的65歲生日。在馬神父生日當天，華裔學志也出版了他的紀念文集《紮根於望德中―馬雷凱教授六十五壽辰紀念文集》，並於聖奧古斯丁舉辦的典禮中致贈馬雷凱神父。
在歷經了40年聖奧古斯丁的生活，2018年馬神父移居至波蘭的Górna Grupa 聖言會會院。2019年11月29馬雷凱神父病逝。
馬雷凱神父在國際漢學界聲譽卓著，著述與編撰了相當多的著作，並長時間擔任聖奧古斯丁華裔學志研究所主任暨主編。至今，他的著述仍為漢學界諸多引用。馬神父如同華裔學志創辦人鮑潤生神父一樣，畢生奉獻於教會、中西文化交流與漢學界，其貢獻令人景仰與敬佩。
